Computer Numerical Control Glass Machining with ±0.05mm Dimensional Tolerance
CNC machining is the foundational process in optical display glass fabrication. Our CNC machining centers use diamond tooling to cut, shape, drill, and contour glass panels to exact customer specifications. Unlike traditional straight cutting, CNC enables complex 2D profiles, internal cutouts, beveled edges, drilled holes, notches, and stepped features that are impossible with manual methods.
We operate multiple CNC machining lines supporting glass from 0.2mm ultra-thin to 19mm thick, with maximum workpiece sizes up to 1500×2000mm. Typical operations include: external contouring, internal cutouts (sensor windows, camera holes), hole drilling, notch/slot cutting, edge profiling (C-cut, pencil edge), and 2.5D/3D edge chamfering.

Diamond tooling and multi-axis machining centers deliver unmatched precision and repeatability
