Yes. Our CNC machining centers can produce custom shapes, cutouts, notches, holes, and edge profiles for your specific equipment requirements. We work from your CAD files (DXF, DWG, STEP) and can provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to optimize the glass component for producibility and cost while maintaining safety performance.

For machine guard applications, we typically recommend: 6-8mm tempered glass for light-duty guarding; 10-12mm tempered glass for medium-duty; 12-19mm tempered or laminated glass for heavy-duty guarding or large spans. Laminated glass (glass+PVB+glass) is recommended where post-breakage retention is critical to prevent debris from entering the work area.

For standard geometry and thicknesses, we can provide prototype samples in 3-5 working days. For complex shapes, custom coatings, or laminated constructions, 5-7 working days is typical. We maintain an inventory of common glass thicknesses and can prioritize prototype requests for urgent equipment development programs — just let us know your timeline.

Yes. For camera and vision system applications, we offer multi-layer AR (anti-reflective) coatings that reduce reflectance to ≤0.5% per surface while boosting transmittance to over 99%. This maximizes light transmission for cameras and scanners, improving image quality and measurement accuracy in machine vision applications. We can also apply anti-fingerprint and anti-smudge coatings for operator-facing windows.
